Our Story
DICN Signing Service launched in 2024 as an extension of Dove InnerCity Notary, LLC, founded in 2019 by Joyce Dove Leak.
With over 32 + years of experience as a commissioned Notary Public, our founder recognized the need to bridge the gap between title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, paralegals, and dependable notaries nationwide.
What began as a commitment to providing reliable mobile notarial services has grown into a nationwide signing service dedicated to making the closing process easier for our clients.
Our Commitmment
At DICN Signing Service, we understand that every signing is more than just paperwork. It represents an important moment in someone’s life or business.
That’s why we work with professional notaries who share our commitment to accuracy, dependability, and exceptional client care.
We believe that trust is earned through consistent service, clear communication, and treating every transaction with the attention it deserves.
Your success is our signature.
