Notary Requirements
- Active Notary Public commission in your state.
- Notary Signing Agent certification for loan signing assignments.
- Current Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. (>100K)
- Current background screening required for all assignments.
- Reliable transportation and availability to travel to signing appointments.
- Access to a printer, scanner, and reliable internet for loan signing assignments.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow signing instructions and meet document return deadlines.
