There is no fee to register as a client. Fees apply when signing services are requested and accepted.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and notifying us of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
Emergency Signing Requests may be submitted through our website. Submission of a request does not guarantee appointment availability or confirmation.
For requests outside our local service area, DICN Signing Service may utilize SigningOrder to locate and coordinate a qualified notary.
A signing appointment is considered confirmed only after DICN Signing Service or its authorized representative communicates confirmation to the client.
DICN Signing Service reserves the right to decline or cancel requests that cannot be accommodated, contain incomplete or inaccurate information, or involve activities that may violate applicable laws or notarial regulations.
Service Fees and Payment Terms
DICN Signing Service charges fees for notary signing coordination services based on the type of transaction and services requested.
Our standard nationwide loan signing coordination fee is $200 per transaction, unless a different rate has been agreed upon in writing.
Additional services, including urgent requests, after-hours appointments, extended travel, or special transaction requirements, may be subject to additional fees. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the client for approval before services are performed.
General notarization fees are subject to applicable state laws and regulations. Travel fees and other permitted charges may vary based on location and service requirements.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable fees before confirming a signing appointment.
Payment terms, including invoicing and payment due dates, will be established through the applicable service agreement, invoice, or written confirmation.
DICN Signing Service reserves the right to suspend or decline future services for accounts with outstanding balances, subject to applicable agreements and laws.
Any cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, or refunds will be governed by the terms communicated to and accepted by the client for the applicable transaction.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
DICN Signing Service understands that signing appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are encouraged to notify DICN Signing Service as soon as possible when an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
All rescheduling requests are subject to notary availability and the requirements of the transaction.
If a signing appointment cannot be completed because of missing documents, unavailable signers, identification issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, DICN Signing Service will communicate with the client to determine the appropriate next steps.
Cancellation fees, trip fees, or additional charges may apply only when permitted by applicable law and agreed upon by the client before the charges are incurred.
DICN Signing Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when necessary due to notary unavailability, safety concerns, severe weather, or circumstances that prevent the lawful completion of the requested services.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients promptly and assist with alternative scheduling arrangements when possible.

Clients utilizing DICN Signing Service are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information to ensure the successful coordination of signing appointments.

Notary Responsibilities and Independent Contractors
DICN Signing Service works with a network of independent notaries and Notary Signing Agents to provide signing services throughout the United States.
Notaries assigned through DICN Signing Service operate as independent contractors and are not employees of DICN Signing Service unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Assigned notaries are responsible for:
- Maintaining an active notary commission and any credentials required by applicable state law.

Notaries must not provide unauthorized legal advice, alter legal documents without proper authorization, or perform notarial acts that violate applicable laws.
In jurisdictions where attorney involvement or supervision is required for certain real estate transactions, all signing services must comply with those requirements.
DICN Signing Service coordinates signing assignments but does not direct or override a notary’s independent legal duties or professional judgment.
DICN Signing Service may discontinue assignments to notaries who fail to meet applicable legal requirements, confidentiality expectations, or agreed service standards.

- Access to sensitive transaction information is limited to individuals who require it to perform authorized services.
Clients are responsible for submitting documents and sensitive information through designated communication channels and authorized platforms.
Although DICN Signing Service takes reasonable precautions to protect information, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are further described in our Privacy Policy.

DICN Signing Service is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful appointments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, unavailable signers, incomplete documents, or technical interruptions.
